  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume, processing may take additional time. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping may be available for selected products upon request.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional COD fee.

  • Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to promotional terms and conditions.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

    • Customer location

    • Courier partner

    • Weather conditions

    • Local restrictions or unforeseen circumstances


5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation message/email with tracking details.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


6. Delays & Courier Issues

  • RudraVishu is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or regulatory restrictions.

  • In case of delivery issues, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier service.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate.

  • RudraVishu will not be responsible for:

    • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

    • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

  • Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the package and product to help us resolve the issue quickly.


9. Partial Shipments

  • In rare cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

  • You will be informed if your order is dispatched in parts.
